Full inspection of key materials and random inspection of all materials is conducted according to international sampling standard AQL 1.0.
A: When the purchased materials arrive, check the delivery note.
B: Confirm that the model specifications, quantity, and quality certificates of the materials are correct, and ensure the packaging is intact. Then, place them in the waiting area.
C: The inspector will conduct inspections for all materials according to the “Incoming Material Inspection Items” and fill out the “Inspection Record Form.”
D: Materials that pass the inspection shall be put into storage, and the unqualified materials shall be marked with unqualified tags and recorded on the “disqualified product disposal form” for disposal.
