Beak SH-D08R is BLDC controller with RS485 . The speed can be controlled by digital or analog signals. It supports muti speed seletion and fault code display.

Speed control mode

BEAK SH-D08R has 4 speed regulation mode

1.PWM Speed control. The motor speed is controlled by adjusting duty ratio. Duty ratio is the proportion of time of high level in a pulse cycle. The motor rotates at high level and stops at low level.

2.Pulse frequency. The speed can also be controlled by setting pulse frequency. (100HZ-3000HZ)

3. Analog signals. When changing the analog voltage, the speed changes accordingly. The analog voltage can be adjusted by on board potentiometer or exterbal potentiometer.

Acceleration and deceleration time setting

There are two adjusting knob on the side of the driver, they are used to adjust the acceleration and deceleration time.

The acceleration time is the time required from 0 to rated speed.Deceleration time is the time required from rated speed to 0.

Brake resistor connection

When the motor load inertia is large, connect the brake resistance to ensure the normal operation of the driver and the accuracy of the motor stop position.
