1.Brake
BRK and GND terminals can control the natural operation and rapid stop of the motor. When connecting the BRK and GND, the motor stops quickly. Otherwise, the motor runs.
Tips:By connecting a switch between GND and BRK or using PLC can control run and rapid stop.When the alarm red light is on, connect GND and BRK to reset the alarm .
2.Direction control
F/R and COM disconnect, motor runs clockwise(CW). F/R and COM connect, motor runs anticlockwise(CCW).
3.Closed loop selection
SW1=0, SW2=0 Open loop
SW1=0, SW2=1 Closed loop 4poles
SW1=1, SW2=0 Closed loop 8poles
SW1=1, SW2=1 Closed loop 10poles
Note: Under closed loop mode, the max speed value is 3000rpm by default.
4.P-SV current setting
Standard product factory setting is 70W, non adjustable. If you need set output current, please contact us.
5 Stalling torque holding
When the load suddenly rises, the motor would be locked. When the motor is locked, the torque will be maintained for 5s.
If the reason for the restriction of the rotor is solved within 5 seconds, the motor can rotate again. If not, the motor will stop and report 8times RED alarms.
Note: If users want to restart the motor after stalling alarms, the user needs to remove the obstacle and send a reset signal at the same time.
