Requirements discussion

To ensure providing the best solution, the the sales engineers should discuss with customer some important information including:

The parameters of the motor. For example, for stepper motor, customer should tell the rated current, holding torque, motor length; for BLDC motor, customer should tell rated voltage, rated power, rated speed, etc.
The certification requirements, such as CE, ROHS, SGS,
The installation dimension
Special requirements, such as IP level, environment, etc.

Project Evaluation

According customers’ requirements, the R&D team would analyst, evaluate the project, to confirm all requirements with customers step by step and come up with a solution, and then issue 2D/3D drawings.

Sample Making

Customer confirm the design and drawing details, then sign back, sample making would start. Usually, it would take 7-15days.

Sample Test

When the sample is completed, the R&D team will test the sample’s all performance according to the requirement tab. Motor comprehensive tester will be used. After that, customer would take the sample tested on their applications and machines.

Mass Production

The customer confirmed that the sample is OK, the mass production would start. During this process, we strictly follow ISO 9000 for production management and IQC, QC quality control system.

Delivery and after-sales service

When products ready to ship, we would communicate with customer to make sure the packing, then arrange shipping. If customers have any issue after sales, our team will support 7*24 hours.
